Tucker #1016 has been removed from display and likely won't return until 2012. The woman on the phone tried to convince me they had other cars but we all know there is no other car.

It probably finally imploded on itself. That car is a wreck.

I was disappointed the first time I saw the black Tucker at the Henry Ford (Museum). It was in a long line of vehicles, like in a traffic jam. It was almost hidden between an old Jeep and another car of that era. The fact that the Tucker is black and in subdued lighting doesn't help when you try to take a picture of it. And you can't see the driver's side well at all. But at least it was there, and it looked (to me) to be in OK shape. Too bad they moved it out.
