They look like pie plates. Can't say I've seen those on any car before, much less another Tucker.

Tucker #1025 also wears a similar set of hubcaps... They are late '60s - early '70s Oldsmobile Toronado items. The front wheel drive Cadillac Eldorados of the same era were also similar.
