I visited Tucker 1050 today (6/25/08) and took lots of good pictures. The caretaker let me behind the rope and opened the doors and rear "hood" for me too. I'll be posting a photobucket link here in a few days when I get back to DFW and lighten up the photos a bit.
The car looked great, and was showing only 00000.4 miles on the odometer. It's claimed that this is the total mileage, not just the miles since the restoration. The rest of the museum is great too. Very much of a surprise since it's out in the middle of nowhere. Duseys, Cords, Auburns, Packards, Stutz's, RR's, etc. Also oddballs like one of the last Corvairs built, a Citicar, and LBJ's '64 Lincoln convertible he used to herd his cattle. It's worth the drive. http://www.ctmah.org/
