Carioca - Tucker's Sports Car

Is there a photo or design drawing of the sportscar "Carioca" in existence? Recall that this is the car Tucker was getting ready to produce in Brazil when he was diagnised with Lung Cancer. I wondered if anyone knew where a photo was or any details about the car?

Someone did some CGI renderings of what the car would have looked like (and these look better than the drawings Tucker had, I think). I don't remember who the fellow was, only that he was Brazillian. His original link no longer works, but I did save the pics and you can see them here:

Somewhere I have scans of a magazine article featuring the original drawing, but it'll be this weeked before I can find them. As far as I know, there was never any kind of mock up or model built of the car. Tucker supposedly had blueprints and other detailed specs for the car, but those have been lost to history.Tom wrote:Is there pics of the original design that Tucker had done? Please share.

Tucker carioca 3D renderings

The Tucker Carioca renderings were made for a brazilian car magazine, "4Rodas". The author's website is still online, but it was reorganized so the original links were lost. There are wallpaper images, too. Go to www.darcyvieira.com. It's in portuguese, but it's easy to find under the "portfolio/editorial" section. Choose the image you want to load via the thumbnails and you will find links to download "papel de parede" - wallpaper in portuguese. Good luck!

Im a Brazilian, and i very happy to know, that Tucker was think begin a car overhere.
