It looks to be someone narrating the dealer's account with photos from the era and clips from the Tucker Corporation film spliced in. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0GsghvWivC0

According to the narrator, and the newspaper clipping, so many people showed up to look at the Tucker that they destroyed the freshly installed tile floor at the dealership.
