All I have found on this site is that this car was burried by a TACA member. Can anyone give me any more information on it?

True, Tucker 1023 was destroyed in a fire in Deland, FL. After sitting outside for some time after the fire I purchased the remains, removed anything that could be removed and had the body crushed. The engine was completely melted, I sold the Y-1 to a Tucker owner also the stainless steel parts that I was able to save. Check this web site for a photo of it after the fire.
