Tucker key? pics

OK. I apologize as I am still learning to use a computer. Here is the link to the pictures of the key and lock I have that looks similar to a Tucker. You may have to login as a guest. Can anyone help ID this curious key & lock?

Lock?

If you look into the open area of that lock you will see that it is an early lug lock (replaced one of the lug nuts). My Dad had those and I think I have one just like it here somewhere. Hope this helps.

I thought of that. But it would only work if it was a 7/8" dia. stud! Did old cars have such large diameter studs? I tested on my truck, and it fits over the whole lug nut, but won't hold. Maybe with a special lug nut with a hole in the side to grip.
