Hi! My Uncle Richard was the original owner of #1006! He was friends with P. Tucker. I remember the car from when I was a kid and always try to keep tabs on where its been and where its going. If you ever have any questions about the history, contact me and I will help you with what I know. #1006 is an important part of our family history and I would love to keep up on it's future and share this with Richards family!

Tucker 1006 has found a wwonderful home in sunny southern California.
I corresponded with your Uncle Tichard A.H.J. Guzowski many times and always found what he had to say to be very interesting.

Once again too early in the AM. Wonderful is spelled wonderful and your Uncle is Richard, not what my previous message says.
My name is also Richard.
Also Plancor 792 on these Tucker message board if only it would allow me to post a reply. I log in on the opening board, then when I go to Post a reply it tells me to log in again and when I do it tells me that the username is already in use.

I just found a few pictures of 1006 from 1952 or 53. They were taken in Hamtramik Michigan. The pictures include my Uncle Richard (the original owner) and my Father who just returned from the service. They are in B&W and unfortunately it only shows the front of the car. My scanner is not working right now but as soon as I can I will post the pictures. Pretty Cool Huh! I will keep looking for more photos and will share them as soon as I can.

I'd really like to see those pictures too! I can host them on my Fotki account if you'd like, then the whole world (or at least the part of it that comes to this board!) can see them!
I have some pictures on my dad's side of the family that shows cars in the background or are the foreground and I love those period photos. My favorite like that is of who I believe is my great-great uncle Jack with a Cord in the background in Hoboken New Jersey
