ID This Car From the 1920s/1930s

I was watching The Phantom Creeps and most of the cars in the serial are easily identified Chevys, but this one has me stumped. Anybody have any idea of what it might be?

Well, it is definately early 30's. Chrysler also looks to be pretty ccurate to me too. I was going to post a smiley for you at the end of this message, but I like the one with the sarcastic look and the halo and its not here, so just pretend that I put it here. LOL
