NEW USERS PLEASE READ - 'RULES' FOR POSTING

Please take the time to read over the topics already on this Message Board. I think you will find that many of your questions have already been answered - several many times over.

There is even a search function at the top of the page that will make this easier.

All postings that ask questions that have already been answered several times over will be deleted. (Some examples: How many Tuckers were built, Where can I find a replica, Was there a Tucker convertible, How many Tuckers are left)

NO ONE HERE WANTS TO HEAR ABOUT THE LATEST ATTEMPT TO MAKE A NEW TUCKER. SOMEONE POSTS THIS 'GREAT IDEA' ALMOST WEEKLY AND GUESS WHAT? NO ONE'S BUILT ONE. NO ONE.

This is for the following reasons:

1. Board regulars will not answer the same question over and over. That said, you will likely not get a response and will be unhappy that your post was ignored.
2. Keeping discussions going under the same Topic help keep a more organized board, which results in better searches for new members.
3. We've put a lot of effort into developing an entire website devoted to the Tucker story. Most of the information you seek is already nicely laid out on the History page of the website. (http://www.tuckerclub.org/html/history.php)
4. For my sanity and mental health.

Further, students making a last minute attempt to cobble up a "Homeroom Special" term paper will not find any sympathy here. Specific questions that seek information and/or opinions in support of a theory will very likely get responses. Merely posting a question that was obviously written and assigned by a teacher most likely will not yield the same results.
