I know that George Lucas is quite the Tucker fan. I have heard rumor that he used the Tucker in parts of the fesign of some of the vehicles in Star Wars. Does anyone have any ionformation on this, or mabye know where I might find it?

Star Wars Tucker

Look down a few postings in the General Discussion list to "Tucker stylings to be found in Star Wars Episode III". As the last entry states, this is a stretch of the imagination. And it was on only briefly. Good movie though, too bad there was the mistake near the end. ehartman13@comcast.net

Well, the one I found most notable was the fact that Padme dies in childbirth, and yet Leia claims to remember her mother in Return of the Jedi. Kind of hard for that to happen.

Bail Organa's cool ride

I just saw it, and watched for the car. It is dark red (maroon). It looks most like a Tucker from above, in which you see the very distinctive hood and hood ornament. In its last scene, it flies away with the middle headlight blazing. The scene went so fast that I am not sure if there were the two side headlights.

The Mistakes

Postby ehartman13 » Mon May 23, 2005 7:22 pm

Jen,
If you watch the DVD of Episode 5, go to 85 minutes into it, Obi-Wan is a ghost at this time since he was killed in episode 4, Luke is leaving Yoda before the training is completed. As Obi-Wan fades he states "That Boy is our only hope" to which Yoda replies "No, there is another". Kinda hard to explain since both Yoda and Obi-Wan were there at the birth of Luke and Leah don't you think? At least that is my opinion and it is funny that I have not found this mentioned in any article or review that I have read on the movie.

The Tucker spaceship that appeared in the movie was kinda a joke, and I wonder why Lucas does not send photos of his Tuckers to this website so we can see another of these few machines. I have written him a few times with no reply, yeah right, like I really expected one in the first place. But I figured nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Hey Tuckerfan1053, thanks for noticing that one, I have to go thru the DVD to see what she mentions of her remembrance of her mother. Nice Catch.

Sith Tucker

The presence of the flying Tucker in a "Star Wars" film sort of helps make up for them not putting the Tucker Talisman in Stephen King's "Needful Things" book into the film adaptation.
