I don't particularly care for the color green, but I have to say the car looks gorgeous!

#1017 is a beautiful car. Fred Hunter spent $300,000 restoring it. The car was very rough in 1971 when Steve Nicas bought it and the car was restored the way cars were done in 1971. It still won some awards back in the late 70s. When Fred Hunter got the car he wanted it to be perfect so he peeled all the bondo off it and took it to bare metal. He did an incredible job in restoring it. Of course Tuckers were not anything close to being perfect when they left the factory so Fred added a lot of touches as to the way the car probably would have looked if it went into production. The gaps are perfect and the finishes are flawless.

From personal experience I can tell you it has a very smooth ride. Keith and Eileen do a great job of keeping the car in excellent shape. I believe it is heading to Florida next month. If you get a chance to see it you should do so.
