Big Week for #1017

Tucker #1017 picked an award at Amelia Island this weekend. Keith & Eileen took their beautiful car to the show and walked away with an award.

On Tuesday, they showed up at Richard Jones house with #1017 in tow. They unloaded the car and Eileen took Richard for a spin. No doubt Richard's expert eye gave it a good look.

Today, #1017 showed up at the home of Marvin Whitsett. Marvin once owned #1017. The last time he saw it was 40 years ago when he sold it in 1971 and helped load the boxes the car was in onto a truck. A local Fox TV crew was there to take photos.

Preston (Tucker 1017) will return to his showroom where he will receive a complete cleaning and waxing. He was invited to several more concourses. The current plans include another trip to Florida (Preston likes sun and is tired of Colorado snow) where he will attend the Lake Mirror Concours and possibly the Winter Park Concours.
