Tucker 1017 (Preston) made its first run a mile above sea level since it left Florida. Eileen was behind the wheel and Keith prayed our million dollar baby would make it home safe. This was a learning experience. We had an advantage because we got daily instructions from our very good friend, Gene Clark. Gene has forgot more about Tuckers than the rest of us will ever know. We are so glad to have friends like Gene and Colleen.

Now for the real reason we are writing this entry. Several months ago we contacted Bill Warner and told him we alway show our cars first at his Amelia Island Concours. I actually called a week after the dead line and Bill told me he had all the cars he could use but a week or so later we received Preston's invitation. We feel Amelia is by far an outstanding concours and we would like to invite those who can to visit Preston iat Amelia Island.
