Tucker Christmas Tree Ornament

Postby CDB » Sat Dec 04, 2010 1:26 pm

My law office put up the annual Christmas decorations recently for this year. To my complete surprise hanging off the tree was a beautiful Christmas tree Tucker ornament. I immediately grabbed it up for inspection. Although small in size (1/64th scale) it is highly detailed with "Radial T/A BF Goodrich" labels on the tires. Underneath the model is found these words: "Johnny Lightning c. 2003 Playing Mantis China". I will post pictures of this dark green metalic beauty on this thread on Monday. Merry Christmas to the whole "Tucker Nation"! Charles D. Barnette

Charles, if you want to go completely bonkers, join the Johnny Lightning Collector's Club: https://collector.johnnylightning.com/club.asp They have car checklists (they made many, many Tuckers!) so you can see which ones you may want and then begin your hunt on Ebay (or your diecast merchant of choice). Merry Christmas!

Here is a front view of my office Tucker Christmas tree ornament. Thanks Natalie for the information in your post. I would like to have a Christmas tree full of nothing but Tucker Christmas tree ornaments. A back view of the ornament will be in the next post.
