SEC v. Tucker documents

Hello, I guess I am the newbie now. My name is Tim. As you can see from my user name I am from Idaho. I am hoping someone will be able to help me with some documents. I am looking for a copy of the SEC criminal complaint/indictment filed by the U.S. attorney against Tucker and his associates. I believe the indictment was released on June 10, 1949. This led to the trial that started on October 5, 1949. I am looking for a good copy of the indictment, the aquittal and any other court documents that might be available. I would also be interested in any other documents related to Tucker's SEC filings and the SEC investigation. If anyone has these or knows where I might obtain them please let me know. Your help is really appreciated.

You would need to go to Chicago and visit the federal archives for that and there is no guarantee that the files would be there or that you would find them if they were. Sorry there is no easy answer to your question.
