Which Tucker is This?

Postby Ohio AMX » Sat Nov 06, 2010 4:40 pm

In 2008 our AMX was invited to participate in the Milwaukee Masterpiece concours, where this Tucker was also displayed. Just curious if it is the same car (apparently #1012) that I saw at the Crawford museum in Cleveland. It would be my luck that it's the same one! According to the catalog from the show this one was part of the Richard H. Driehaus collection of Chicago.

That would be Tucker #1008. This car has a great history.

Ever wonder what Richard Driehaus' summer house looks like? Needless to say, it is a stop on the boat tour of Lake Geneva (WI) and is even featured on their website. I have a friend who performs at his annual Christmas party and it is in sane. Again, this is his summer/weekend house.
