1985 Imperial Palace convention

The picture showing the 9 cars at the 1985 convention brings back many memories. Eileen and I were in attendance. One of the highlights of the convention was Gary Vick offering rides around Las Vegas in his Tucker. That was my first ride in a Tucker. We obviously did not know at that time that some 22 years later we would be the proud owners of Tucker 1017 after its complete restoration. At that point in time, many of the attendees of the convention were car owners.

That is a great memory Clem, unfortunatly my only Tucker Memory is I got to see one when i was a little kid at the crawford auto avaition museum that was part of a traveling exibit. I dont even know what car it was all i know is that it was dark red/maroon. Id love to see another Tucker, getting to ride in one would be one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me.
