This is like the Olympics. Currently there are 3 candidate cities, all on the west coast. To be honest I don't remember what they all were, but one was LA, which still gets my vote.

May I cast my vote for So Cal and offer my assistance putting things together.

The state of Ca offers visitors the chance to see the most cars. I have great contacts with three museums in LA/OC where we can see five cars in one day. For car people the Nethercutt collection is a must. The Petersen is great and there are several of car collections that although may not have Tuckers are a car guys dream!

Flights into La or Burbank are relatively easy and affordable. Thanks to Southwest or Jetblue it's a fairly cheap and easy flight. Hotels with banquet rooms are also abundant

Perhaps we can even stage a mini reunion of the private cars in so cal. Imagine seeing ten cars in the same room at one time. Very easy to organize in La.

Perhaps by next year even I will have a car! Let's hope 1045 goes my way in Monterey!

Well Eric, you didn't get 1045 but I think you did alright.

Anyway, last I heard SoCal is in the lead.

I vote for and place in the running the Tex-Ark Antique Auto Museum dba Four States Auto Museum. It is located in Texarkana, Arkansas, at 217 Laurel Street. We are centrally located in the country. We really have two Texarkanas (we are Twice as nice) located back to back in Texas and Arkansas. We are close to two other states, namely Louisiana and Oklahoma. I am the activity director for the museum and hereby formally extend the invitation to the Tucker Club of America for our 2011 convention. In the past we have had two Motorama cars on display at the museum (the 1956 Eldorado Brougham Cadillac Town Car and the 1954 Buick Landau). We also have had on display the 1962 White House little Bubble Top Lincoln used by 3 former First Ladies. We are Tucker starved in this part of the country having missed out on getting #1045 on display here when its former owner John O'Quinn was killed last year in an automobile accident in Houston. Texarkana, Texas, is the hometown of Ross Perot whose original home is located here and our historic theater is named after Perot who help restore it. We had on display his 1929 Dodge bought by him, because his father had a 29 Dodge while Ross grew up here.Thirty miles away from here is Hope, Arkansas, birthplace of President Clinton and Mike Huckabee. Mike Huckabee was my pastor for 5 and 1/2 years at a church near the museum. To see Texarkana flooded with Tuckers would be a dream come true! Charles-come on and let Tucker do Texarkana! The nearest Tucker dealership would have been in Little Rock, Arkansas, 120 miles away. What do you say?
