A prime example as to an outrageous impression these cars made when new was told to me by my father. He's about the farthest you can get from a car guy but he would tell me as a kid he spotted Tuckers from time to time running around the Chicago area. If *HE* noticed them just think how the general public's interest must've been piqued! He was greatly impressed by their super futuristic looks and performance---seems the ones he saw were always going quite fast.
