A pretty big archive, it seems. For the last three years the HCF has scanned nearly 340,000 pages from early motoring magazines, books and manuals from 1895 to 1924, all of which can now be accessed by HCF members. The foundation’s current goal is to expand their digital storage capability to the 1935 model years and eventually to the 1942 models.
A quick search turned up a few documents related to Harry A. Miller, so there's probably something in there about Preston, if someone wants to give it a go.
