I could be wrong, but that looks alot like Bev Ferriera's 1041 that recently was sold at auction. 1041 was originally black and was painted yellow by Bev himself many years ago. From what I understand he had no trust issues with the car, He and his Wife drove it everywhere! I,too, would not hesitate to drive it anywhere either! They are meant to be driven and enjoyed. My Grandfather had one of the very first '48 buick Roadmaster's built (very low VIN and he knew this) It did not stop him from driving it almost everyday for 30 years racking up 125,000 miles without ever doing anything to the engine! It even had the original starter! I wish I knew where that car was! I can still remember the smell of the mohair carpet and plush leather seats! Hmmm..the good ol' days...........
If you didn't get dirty, then nothing was accomplished!

This is Bev's Tucker Serial Number 1041. Bev can be spotted in a few of the photos along with his wife Dorothy. Thanks for the excellent photos.

Ha! And Bev was doing 95 mph around Las Vegas Motor Speedway in that car just a couple days earlier!
