I have already placed a post about Tucker center grill pieces on this bulletin board. There are actually two for sale. One is going for 400.00 and the other is going for over 3K. It is my suspicion however, that one of the grilles may have come from the factory surplus after the Cicero Ave Plant closed. See Tucker center grill piece for sale on Ebay" if you want more info. I hope there will be some replies about the subject in the future, but apparently no one seems interested at this point.<br>

You are probably correct that many of them are surplus but I doubt anyone really knows where each one came from. The one that was for sale for $400 was in a lot of parts we picked up with #1043. There is no way to track them, so they could have been on a car as stated or been surplus. Either way it should not effect the values one way or another.

I have a very nice Tucker grill that I would take $600 for plus shipping. I couldn't believe somebody put one on eBay for $1700. Walter

The funny part was that someone bought it for the $1700, there was 1 bid.
