Yes, I think it has been noted before. This is the Tucker they attempted to install a front engine into. Tore the car apart, pulled the steering along with other parts then let it sit in the museum in Sao Paulo for years. I corresponded with Dr. Roberto Lee, the owner until his untimely death. Today we are still attempting to locate the car. Some say it is still in Brazil while I have had other reports that it was taken out of the country and was in France or Spain.

Ha Ha Ha Haaaaaa... You're right Joe! The only difference between this place and Warp's rust buck.., er, Pioneer collection is the lack of plexi-glass barriers in front of the cars.

The body of the car is over a 1946/47 Cadillac frame with the cadillac floor, seats, dashboard and motor on the front.

The last time I saw the car it was in Casapava, in the state of Sao Paulo, just north of Sao Jose dos Campos which is where Embraer makes all it's regional jets. I heard there was quite a dispute going on, the siblings couldn't decide to sell the museum cars, but just before I left Brazil I heard it was all done. Not sure but could find out easy. I did see the engine from the car in a museum in Piracicaba, also in the state of Sao Paulo, in an aeronautical museum, must have been around 1997 or so. There was no transmission on it. The comments about the frame are correct, somebody tried to install a front engine in the car at some point in it's life. I'm pretty sure the car is still in Brazil though.
