Has the name of Preston Tucker ever been exonerated after he was wrongfully prosecuted by the Government in 1948? If not, has anyone ever thought of contacting members of Congress to have his family name cleared posthumously?

There's no need to exonerate him, he was found "Not guilty." Also, with the movie, more people know about Tucker than know about who was running Ford, GM, or Chrysler at the time (to say nothing of Nash, Hudson, Packard, Studebaker, and Checker).
