did any other car maker have the center headlight?, about 20 years ago at Hornner's junkyard in ST.CHARLES<br>
michigan,there was a blue four door car with a center headlight just under the hood area.there was other cars packed around it so bad i couldn't see the back of it.but it sure looked like a tucker, i went back a year or so later,someone had cut down a couple of trees and tore down the fence and took it. did i realy see a tucker and if so what happened to it ? bigdan@chartermi.net

Center headlight

I believe that a car called the TATRA or Tatara had a center headlight. It was before Tucker came out with the Tucker 48.<br>

Probably a Tatra.

The car you saw was almost certainly a Tatra, model T87, 'the world's first aerodynamic production saloon car'.<br>
